On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a spacious sofa, an armchair, a large Smart TV, and a HiFi system.
The second living room on the lower floor features a sofa bed, a PlayStation 4 with two controllers and video games, electronic darts, and a minibar with local wines and liqueurs.
Next to the bedroom on the lower floor, you will find a bathroom with underfloor heating, a whirlpool bathtub, a shower, a hairdryer, towels, bathrobes, and a toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. It also includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, spices, and oils – all available for free.
The kitchen features a high wooden table for four people, and right next to it is the dining area with another larger dining table for six people.
The covered terrace with a stone floor, heating, decorative lighting, and outdoor speakers creates the perfect atmosphere for unforgettable moments and enjoying the view.

The large garden offers plenty of fun activities such as badminton and table tennis. It also features a children's playground with a slide, sandbox, and swings.

The spacious outdoor infinity pool offers views of the mountains and landscape. Next to it, you will find sun loungers with umbrellas. The pool is illuminated and lined with ceramic mosaic tiles. If needed, it can be heated by a few degrees.
With dimensions of 10 x 5 meters, our pool is one of the larger ones. It has a depth of 135 cm with a shallow seating area and a safe resting spot for small children, as well as entry stairs.
In the wooden cottage next to the pool, there is a wellness area. The Wellis Venera hot tub for 6 people offers advanced neck and back massage, sound system, RGB lighting, and a Smart TV.
The wellness area includes a sauna that practically combines classic stone heating and infrared technology. You will also find a walk-in shower and a toilet there.
